SGCompany invites you to EASTERCHURCH – a celebration of the Easter message!
To ensure that no one has to be turned away at the door, we have now created a ticket system with very inexpensive tickets (NOK 100 + fee).
Anyone who wants to secure a spot can reserve a ticket.
Everyone knows Egil Lund Svartdahl – the TV2 pastor, TV personality, pastor, and author. His warm and fantastic communication often brings both laughter and tears to those who listen. Egil touches people. Together with SGCompany and several of the region’s finest choirs and soloists, Egil will convey the wonderful Easter message this evening: “Den gang då – her og nå”
For the last 30 years, Christmas and its message have been highlighted to an extreme degree in Norwegian churches and concert venues, while the Easter message receives very little attention from artists and musicians. SGCompany wants to help ensure that the focus is not only on what happened in Bethlehem, but also on what happened in Jerusalem. We are joined by several of the region’s choirs and soloists who together – and individually – will sing songs connected to Easter. There will also be congregational singing.
Egil Lund Svartdahl will share his thoughts and reflections on Palm Sunday, Maundy Thursday, Good Friday, and Easter Sunday. Between the segments, songs related to the themes will be performed, and we will celebrate communion together.
