Gospel seminar and big concert in Stavanger konserthus
SATURDAY NOVEMBER 8, from 10 – 16 Seminar in The Salvation Army HQ, Stavanger
SUNDAY NOVEMBER 9, from 18 – 20 Dress rehearsal in Stavanger Konserthus, from 20 – 22 Gospel concert in Stavanger Konserthus
PRICE: KR. 250,- including meals on Saturday and refreshments
GOAL: Rehearse 3-4 songs to be performed in Stavanger konserthus Sunday night in connection with the release concert. Work on important elements in the gospel genre, e.g singing technique, expression, movements…
Most of all: Have fun together!
{mosimage}STAVANGER GOSPEL COMPANY has worked on the CD project IT’S AMAZING for more than a year. The CD is a collaborative project between the choir and top level US gospel artists. The CD contains twelve songs, of which nine have been written by choir members. It has been recorded and mixed both in Norway and the US: On Sunday November 9th, the time has finally come for a release concert in Norway. The CD will be released in the US in 2009.
